Just got mine hooked up!! Have to say it is MUCH faster. Not only on the 4g, even the basic functions. I would actually say that the 4g is faster than my home Internet (fios). I wish the screen was a little wider but I guess that's what the iPad is for! Overall very pleased.

All these cell phones are the same.

If I was to get an iphone 5 it would be for battery life, upgraded camera and knowing I don't have to talk to "Peggy" in Indonesia if my phone does break.

Im in the every other phone mode.
I have been getting the S's
3GS and 4S.

Wont get a 5 unless my 4s breaks.

There are people out there with no HD TV because they think they are completely content.
Once they make the switch they realize they should have done it a long time ago.

I'm due for an upgrade but am happy with my iphone 4.

Gonna try and get a iphone 5, wait and see how much they sell for and maybe just sell it to some rich sucker on ebay who wants to overbid and pay $900 for an iphone 5.

Agreed.. Even just from 3Gs to 4 is a huge jump. Especially in screen quality

thats what I've done too. Just need another 4s for the wife... i've had an iphone since the orginial came out, maybe a week in.... at the time it was by far the greatest smart phone... that gap is not near as big anymore....

3gs is so slow.
Like dial up slow.
Im sure you have been to the app store and saw tons of apps you cant download with your 3gs.

The retina screen makes the picture HD vs SD difference.
Just put a 3gs next to a 4s and the difference is night and day.
And Siri.

They just updated SIRI to where you can ask it who won which game.

You can ask siri how many yards rushing Peterson got, or how many touchdowns aaron rodgers threw.
Very handy for people like you who are into fantasy football.

You can get a 4 for $99 bucks.

The gap between a 3gs and a 4 is much larger then the jump from a 4 to a 5.

Realistically what is different?

Screen Quality: crisper screen. Are you really planning on watching movies on a 3" screen? Get a Tablet.....
Battery Life: your cell phone battery will outlast any other smartphone.
Screen size: you will now have a slightly larger screen size.
Cameara: you will have the best cell phone camera available. Competes with digital cameras.
Upgrades Processor: your phone will be faster I guess?

Those are really the major differences IMO.

I guess SIRI is updated? But at the same time anything you ask Siri, you can look up on your phone so I don't look at SIRI as a big feature.

annnnnndroid. i like the iphone, but i've seen some minor drops cause major screen damage. i'm rough on my phone and i enjoy the bigger screen that my razr has.
