You simply just have no idea what they are gonna call anymore or why they are gonna call it.
A billion dollar industry being run by rec league refs.
I honestly cannot believe what I just witnessed.
I had Seattle so I am happy, but GB backers were robbed. I feel your pain guys.
Not only that, this game could have big consequences for playoffs/seedings/etc......
The regular refs make bad calls often, but these guys simply do not know the rules, are intimidated by home teams fans and or players, and are horribly inconsistent with their flags.
This has led to defenders holding, grabbing, head hunting, leading with helmet, etc....because they know they probably arent gonna get called for it. Someone is gonna get seriously hurt. I wonder if the breaking point wouldve been if Ogletree tore his ACL on the refs hat yesterday.
I feel bad for these refs too as they are way out of their league here. Officiating any sport is very difficult. Trying to officiate NFL football games in front of 50,000+ fans at the speed it is played at is practically impossible for these guys.
What I dont understand now is how the replay officials keep getting obvious calls wrong even after they are reviewed.
