For those who aren't familiar with the jet stream at the ballpark, when the wind is blowing IN it hits the back of the stadium and shoots back OUT - hence the jet stream. Makes pop-flys go a long, long way. That's why the ballpark is #2 hitter-friendly in MBL (behind Coors field)

I thought pretty much everyone knew about this :think2:

Exactly what I was thinking. So bring in the sinker ball pitcher to try to keep the ball out of the air. Not a bad strategy though
