Forum Books that have Closed down or gone Belly Up

I have been gone for a number of years and as I look around, I wonder what happened to these 'forum books' that appear to no longer be in existence and/or are severely downgraded by SBR. To name a few:

Blue Marlin
Bluegrass
Gamblers Avenue (remember Mike from Gamblers Avenue posted on forum lots)
Beverly Hills Bookie (was his name Justin? very popular contests during NFL season)
V Wager (heavy forum presence, considered top notch back in the day)
Bet Cascade (considered honorable, standup guy by just about everyone)
WSEX (went from A to F on SBR rating)
Bet Rio

what other books can you think of?
