It probably best to click on "go advanced". From there, there's an icon that looks like a film strip for "Insert Video". Click on that and a box should pop up with a place to put the youtube clip URL in. If you copy and paste it you may need to insert the "http://" before the "www". Once in place, You can always preview the post before submitting it. That's how I did this one.
