Yes, because you have a Tout Service. You are on Post Review, and posters that are on Post review can Not use the RX PM system.

I don't have a Tout Service. I mentioned ONCE a couple days ago that I was hired by one. I never posted the website... I could careless about advertising it. Have i advertised it?... no i haven't.

I don't want to advertise here... I do that on twitter. I just want to interact with people and give my free picks of the week.

Then just Post your Picks. If you are Giving your FREE picks of week on the forum what do you need PM's for ?
In time when you prove yourself, you will be taken off Post review.
