Who's made the switch from comcast to DirecTV?

likes/dislikes? any qualms? price comparison? i'm looking to make a change. free sunday ticket, red zone, premium channels...hard to pass up.

I like Dish Network better than Direct TV. Direct TV does go way up after the first year.

their customer service dept said it only goes up $9 during months 13-24. after the second year, you are out of contract anyway. that isn't too bad. what perks does dish have?

Dish isn't even a player if you want sports. Directv is the way to go. I kept my Comcast Internet only.

did you have the comcast bundle with cable/internet/phone? if so, how much do you save a month by just switching the cable to directv and keeping the comcast cable/phone?
