Best sugar substitute?

Any bakers out here?

What is the best one on the market? I used splenda when I would make it for customers in my bakery, but I could always taste that wierd flavor that came with Splenda.

Any other good ones?

As far as health goes, stevia is the best sweetener out there. It's 100% natural, 13 times sweeter than sugar, has known health benefits and has zero calories. It does have a bit of an aftertaste though so you may have to hit the Googles to see how it works for baking.
