Its all I heard about today on sports radio and MLB network and twitter are covering it like crazy. Not so much the fact he has a shot at it, but more about him or Trout for MVP.

As a Tiger fan this guy is amazing. And, the majority of his power is to center and right, two places at Comerica Park that are very deep. He would hit 70 HRs at Yankee Stadium.

You have to give it to Cabrera. No question in my mind. He beats Trout in just about every important category other than steals, plus his team made the playoffs and Trout's didn't.

Trout also played 15 less games then Miggy... Trout's team also won more games. Not saying Miggy doesnt deserve it because he does, but the playoff factor shouldnt be taken into consideration. The Angels were simply in the wrong division this year.

I think Miguel deserves MVP. How can't you give it to a triple crown winner. Some sports writer in the Chicago Sun Times wrote an article last week arguing that Trout has better stats is you consider the home ballbarks these 2 play in. His argument was that the Angels ballpark is way less hitter friendly than Detroit's ballpark.

I think this is hogwash!

One of the two greatest hitters of all time won the triple crown in 1942 & 1947 and lost the MVP to Joe Gordon in '42 & Joe DiMaggio in '47 in both instances he was robbed. Cabrera will win it he's the best hitter in baseball!
