The rake on that for the house (gov't) is 40%. His money is tax free, but the 40% rake is why I never bet Proline.

For a $5 bet, I would still be very happy with 60% of 725k.

this was already posted, nice. Rarely check this section.. Yeah he would of split it if he hit 14 out of 15. 15 out of 15 seals the deal. Little girl needs to start posting her plays on this forum.

Would have been around $1.2 Million bet. House took about $475,000.

Had a buddy who hit it for $68,000 a couple of years ago. Plenty of winners that week I guess.

You could have beat that 15-teamer last night. All 16 MLB games went under.

Around 475k, maybe 500k tops.

Dont you just love geniuses who have no freaking idea what they are talking about and just spew nonsense. Did you pick that number out of your ass?:think2:

Not sure where you are getting this from but the reality is that it would not pay ANYTHING near that.:ohno:

The real odds of hitting this parlay are about 32,000 to 1. So even a bookie paying full odds (not happening) , the bet would pay about $160k.

Here is an excerpt from philly.com about a guy who hit a 15 teamer that paid 20,000 to 1 last year:
HOW HARD IS IT to pick a 15-team parlay on NFL games against the spread? Well, the actual odds against hitting it are 32,000-1. The odds used for the Delaware parlay bet are 20,000-1. In actuality, it took nearly 74,000 losing bets before somebody hit it.
One player, who made his bet at Delaware Park before the Week 5 games, bet $5 on the 15-team parlay proposition. He got all 13 games correct last week. He had the Eagles and Ravens yesterday. Both won and covered. That $5 bet will become $100,000 when the bettor cashes his ticket.

According to Docs sports the odds on a vegas parlay card is something like this.
So the payout would be $5 x 1500=$7500

2 Team Parlay: 13 to 5 Odds
3 Team Parlay: 6 to 1 Odds
4 Team Parlay: 10 to 1 Odds
5 Team Parlay: 20 to 1 Odds
6 Team Parlay: 40 to 1 Odds
7 Team Parlay: 75 to 1 Odds
8 Team Parlay: 100 to 1 Odds
9 Team Parlay: 150 to 1 Odds
10 Team Parlay: 300 to 1 Odds
11 Team Parlay: 450 to 1 Odds
12 Team Parlay: 600 to 1 Odds
13 Team Parlay: 750 to 1 Odds
14 Team Parlay: 900 to 1 Odds
15 Team Parlay: 1500 to 1 Odds

This guy not only got a miracle win, but also a miracle payout.

It's a money line parlay, not a set parlay payoff. I have no idea what the "actual" payout on such a parlay would have been.

Maybe you should read up on things before you call out "geniuses who have no freaking idea what they are talking about....."

I'm sure someone smarter than you or I could go back and figure it out if they wanted to know.
