After reading through many articles, personal opinions, and forum posts, I find it interesting that very few people mention the Braves being at home.

I personally am on the Braves -175. As a cubs fan, I have seen the Cards a lot this year and don't think they have nearly the same pieces or momentum they had last year going into this spot. We all know about Medlen's 9-0 record in 12 starts with a 0.97 ERA (ridiculous), we know about the bats of Heyward, Uggla, Freeman, Ross, etc. But not too many people are mentioning the fact that they are at home at Turner Field. I think this plays a crucial role in a ONE game playoff format. The Braves faithful will know how much this means, and know how much this means to their long time rock - Chipper Jones. Get the crowd into this one behind Medlen, and I think its a Braves W.

It's an absolute homer play for me, but I'm going with the team that's been there done that. Lohse closes the door on Chipper and his historic career in Atlanta. Bol with your play. One of us us going to be happy.
