I'm a huge A's fan, 40+ years worth.

A ballbusting loss, but what did you guys think about Coco's drop??

He did a few snatch catches both games, and although he was fooled a bit on the play, he had plenty of time to have his glove in a normal catching position.

The glove was pinned to his waist, and for me it looked like he wanted to do a Hot Dog basket catch and keep on running into the dugout. I've obviously seen them play more than most, and Coco likes to have fun. That wasn't the time to look "cool", it was a time to catch the ball.

What did you guys think??

He had plenty of time to turn the glove, he got non-chalant and he got busted. Plenty of time to turn the glove the right way and catch the ball. It's really too bad, because that loss rests on his shoulders.
