Heritage Sportsbook Slow Pay No Pay ??

DEADBEAT ALERT!!!

You try to be patient with things like this (mostly because they are holding
your money) but enough is enough.
Asked for a withdraw by check on Aug 17th. Was told no problem and 10 business
days etc. I wait 14 business days before calling to ask where the check is and get
told that they messed up and never sent the check. Said they'll send it out right away
so 10 more business days. Check arrives and the dummies filled the check out wrong.
Text line says one amount and numerical line says a different amount so check is no
good and bank won't accept. Call and am told I have to send it back so I have to go to
post office, fill out all the crap for registered mail/delivery confirmation etc and send it back.
It gets signed for days ago at the address they gave me and they still won't put the funds back in my account. Now I have to wait till it gets forwarded to a certain department/destination even though they know I no longer have possession nor control of the check. So it's 50 days now and counting that I have no check and no money in my account and I just get told
I have to wait till next week. 50days. What a joke.



BIG surprise that it's a Costa Rican sportsbookpuff_>>puff_>>puff_>>

Must be more to the story....or some form of miscommunication....

Heritage owner is all class...he doesn't go around stiffing people...

Hey that sounds like what they said about Lenny from Cascade - who stiffed players for millions of dollars.

Being a veteran of wagering offshore, I prefer when I hear absolutely nothing about who I do business with. The last thing I want to hear is how classy they are or the like as it seems to not end good most times.

way more to story then he talks about..i use them when i have to layoff and it has been amazing! never ONE problem

any resolution yet ?ive read almost all positive things about heritage. Hope it stays that way as I have an acct with them.

Has to be an isolated incident or more to the story. Heritage is first class.
