5dimes has the worst customer service team. It is such an ordeal; it takes 2 hrs. for them to check on an email u sent them, for example. Dealing with them is like dealing with the people at the DMV. I used to bet with thegreek.com for ten years until they exited the U.S. market last year. They had the best customer service team among the online books. The customer service agents had the most pleasant voices and most helpful in resolving issues. If someone at 5dimes is reading this, please take note. Im sure im not the only one who has had similar experiences at 5dimes.
