Honestly, there is no doubt in my mind that this 2012 season (And apparently, this postseason has eerily been mirroring that VERY well, too, unfortunately) has featured more bad beats than in any other season. Period. There is definitely a revealing stat out there that proves how historically bad bullpens have been. You just never know when a game is going to be closed out anymore, no matter how grim the scenario is.
It's the honest truth and I know for a fact that anyone who has bet baseball every day this year while studying it very closely each day will agree. This season, and so far postseason, has truly been mind-boggling
