As the Irish #7 take on The Tree's of Stanford #17

the game will feature two [defenses that are stout and 2 offenses that rely on the run game due to inexperienced/unstable QB play. Notre dame has more weapons on offense while Stanford always plays tough nosed football. The bad news is that Notre Dame has one of the most dominant front 7s in the country this yr

Will Notre Dame be baking or will The Tree's pop Notre Dames N.C balloon?/

think Irish have a real shot to run the table this year.. this game is big in the bcs rankings though but in the end I dont believe stanford will be as high ranked as nd's matchup vs oklahoma or the long term vs usc coming

Notre Dame was their own worst offensive enemy with the mistakes they made(fumbles). Their defense did their job as usual. There were other factors involved such as the rain but both teams dealt with it. Notre Dame came thru in the clutch with their backup QB when they had too. Stanford could of made it more interesting by changing their play calls on that last drive.
