First of all Im gonna tell you im totally bias because im a Giants fan. 2nd it dosent take a rocket scientist to tell you that in each of the 6 games thus far that whoever has won has won by 2 runs or more. Giants in more fashionable wins than the cardinals besides game 2 where it was 1-7 cards. Both starting pitchers ( Lohse vs Cain) have the same ERA for the whole season including postseason @ 2.79. Lohse @18-3 and Cain @16-5 on the season. So the spread tonight @ 1 and 1/2 hmmm really just depends on who you think will win on the ML really because there is a great chance that whoever wins will win by at least 2 runs. Now I know that they are saying that the cards dating back to last season in elimination game 7's are 6-0 , but the Giants are 5-0 in elimination games this post season. Im goin with the Giants -1 and 1/2 tonight. Suprise I know. But giants this season in elimination games are out of this world. Just my opinion!!!! Now I'll finish by saying I know nothing and ..... GO GIANTS :103631605

Gonna be a battle. I hope you're wrong...for obvious reasons. :) One of us is going to be happy.

I have read preview after preview online and listened to MLB Network most of the afternoon trying to find the slightest advantage in information and changed my mind dozens of time but I too finally went with the SF Run Line. Should be a classic game. Hoping all players stay safe and no botched call by umpires to ruin the integrity of the game tonight. Let the men play as hard as they can and the chips fall wherever they land. Enjoy Game Seven RX Land.

I personally am surprised at this line. Yes during the regular season Cain may have the edge ( perfect game and all), but Lohse has been lights out in the playoffs and down the stretch. Cain has given up like 3 runs in each of his last 3 starts or something. Right now, IMO, Lohse is a a better pitcher. But man oh man the cards bats are D E A D dead!
tough one to call, momentous is big time with the Giants, but to me it's tough to bet Cain at a -137. And Giants are so good historically in game 7s.
My pizza money is taking the Cardinals.

I am on cards over here also as i agree with you about cain....but although lohse only gave up 1 run in his start vs SF he struggled thru that game giving up 7hits and 5bb in 5.2

Ya they were saying earlier that Lohse is really a better pitcher than Carpenter. Now Im sure they only say that for the public perception but hey. GO GIANTS lol whoever is the winner in the outcome I say now will probably lose to the
Tigers but .... both these NL teams have heart !!! and that will carry you to .... well where they are now :D

I'm thinking the winner of the NL wins the series. Both these teams have so much heart and have scratched and clawed to get to where they are. I'm rooting for my Birds, but should the result not end in my favor I'll tip my cap to the Giants and be rooting them on in the WS. I want to see the NL keep the trophy on the good side. Here's to a battle tonight.
