What a pathetic performance today against the browns. Most overrated QB in the league.

Although I will add that Meachem dropped a WIDE open 50 yard TD pass. Hurts when you took SD -3. But still Rivers was awful beyond that one throw and i'm getting sick of hearing him compared to the "elite" quarterbacks in the nfl.

He was terrible, but yeah, they did drop a lot of passes for him. The conditions were poor, but he still was pretty bad.
I couldn't believe how he would go all crazy after an incomplete pass. I know the announcers were saying he is pissed at himself, but you hardly see an NFL QB
act like that. Does he always do that? Seems like poor leadership to me.

Rivers is a worse fantasy player than he is a real player. Either way, I wouldn't want to rely on him to win me a championship

only player more interception prone is Romo.. but I wouldnt want either guy running my offense :>(

Rivers didn't throw any today.. but he surely threw a shitload of balls away or he threw to a ghost target :ohno:

the trade deadline has been moved back a few days cause of the storm. that's a few more days to try to swing a deal, w/a team like miami, for instance.

Chargers QB Philip Rivers reached an impressive milestone, becoming the 17th player in NFL history to throw for 40,000 passing yards.

To be fair to Phil today, he didn't play defense.

He wasn't going to beat NE today regardless. Not with that pathetic showing by the D.
