okay lets face it,the chiefs need a qb bad,really bad.they also need a few spots on defense but not a lot.the real question here is,how do they find a qb already.the draft is not going to be the answer either as their are no real good prospects with team leadership and game ready to play like there was this year.so where do they go from here,i guess its going to be a much longer road than i expected.it looks like its going to be 4 maybe 5 years now until they may find a real qb.just think the last decent qb they drafted was todd blackledge,after that it was piss poor qb drafting.i don't see them being able to find one from another team as i don't know if anyone is even available.so the bottom line here is,im not even going to talk root,or get involved until they get a decent team on the field so its looks like i won't have a nfl team for a few years.
they could also trade for a backup and go that route although it's questionable whether or not that would be much of an upgrade over their current situation. Matt Moore/Matt Flynn/Chase Daniel being 3 names that would make the most sense. They could probably get any of the 3 for a 5th round pick after the season.
