Just a quick shout out to a gentleman named Bernard at Heritagesports! I had experienced a problem with a deposit earlier in the week and called Heritage to see if this could be resolved. I had the great experience of talking with Bernard-a customer service rep. Not only did he resolve my problem but went one step further to be sure that I was satisfied. He made me feel like a valued customer!! I play only with Heritage and the main reason is because of people like Bernard!! Great Book with great people!!
