Every year same thing. 1st day it hits 40 degrees i got it head and chest and it will last the entire winter. Spent $160 at the doctor last week, got 2 shots in the ass and a script. Lasted about 36 hours and this morning im as sick as ever. Went to work lasted less than an hour. Mine comes from the grandkid, he gets a runny nose and i get the whole 90 yds every time.

Sucks to hear PPP. Mine last anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks. Depends how much I take care of it. If I feel it coming, I can try and nip it in the bud with some NyQuil, coldFX and a good couple of sleeps. If it's a busy time for me and I'm running around, not getting much sleep, etc then it lasts for a long time. Right now I'm busy as hell but last thing I want is this to last another month so I dropped everything took some run of the mill on the shelf medication and I'm calling it a day. Going to try and sleep this off if possible.
Haven't been flu sick in a few years. Had a fever a few times but it never lasted, i just hate sore throats. Not much that is more annoying than that. On the other hand, my brother has had a bad cough for the last 2 months. Its really annoying(for me to hear, don't really care about him being sick)
Wow...never heard of it but when i went to get the script filled today i noticed it appeared to say Z-pack #1 on it. I thought it was latin and i just didnt understand it...lol
What they gave me says on the box AZITHROMYCIN. 6 250mg tabs. i sure hope at that price i got the real deal and not some generic crap. I went to Walgreens cus Walmart just refuses to give you anything but a generic. I actually had a Walmart Pharmacist flat out lie to me last week about the grandkids medicine. We both had the same script, Amoxil, mine was 500mg tabs and his was 600mg liquid. Mine was $4.18 and his was $60 !! So i just asked why the huge differance when they both had the same thing. She turns red in the face like how dare i ask her a question. Then told me his was actually 2 medicines combined. I get home i look it up and yea it was....Amoxil and sterile water! So they charged me $56 to mix it with water. Then its like 1pm on Thursday, im the only 1 in the pharmacy section and the bitch made me sit there for 1hr and 15 mins waiting on her lazy ass to put the water in the bottle and shake it up. I hate Walmart with a passion i tell ya...
