Not sure but I think it depends on the certain particular situation.. I don't think Kobe "EVER" liked Brown. Kobe is the heart and soul of the team.
This is a statement game IMHO.

i dont think it was just the coach.

lakers lose outright tonight (semi joking) but i think they have a shitload more problems than one guy.. its attitude and no teamwork which is why they are falling

this is probably more true than one would think unless a huge name is hired (which should be done)... but under mike brown kobe already tried to coach I am sure and too many big heads in a room and it won't work anyway

I never felt Mike Brown was much of a coach with the Cavaliers and he certainly was never a fit for the Lakers. The Lakers have talent a need a head coach that they can respect and believe in. The bar is very high because of past success, so whoever they hire will be under pressure because losing in L.A. is unacceptable.
