the topic on EOG is - do you believe john kelly siffed roger stein's friend bettor bob for more than 10 dimes?

this is what i posted.

just found this thread and thought i'd update this and give the forum some new information.
i've known bettor bob for 20 years. he has survived in vegas for almost 50 years on his wits
and integrity. bob has a very small circle of cohorts and ALL will testify that bob's word and
integrity approach legendary status (in a good way).

bob originally met john kelly through jk's radio show and was eventually invited to be an
occassional guest. this and other factors eventually lead bob to be a co-host on roger stein's
radio horseracing show, but i digress. bob for some reason felt that JK was a winning player
and somehow got involved in putting plays in for JK. bob's incentive was to get winning plays.
JK's incentive was to get better numbers, reduced juice, + credit. this relationship continued
for awhile with JK not distinguishing himself as a winner or a loser, but at least with both of
them living up to their financial obligations. eventually JK's picks went bad, real bad. this lead
to a pretty high figure which happened very quickly. when JK couldn't pay in full, he agreed
to a monthly payment plan which he stuck to for a very short time. when JK stopped paying,
he screened his calls so he didn't have to talk to bob. bob was only able to find him by cornoring
JK after his radio shows. JK PROMISED , BUT NEVER DELIVERED. bob eventually gave up on
JK.

fast forward to april 2012. roger stein, who been aware of this situation for quite awhile and what a stiff JK was, decided to go public with it. i have no idea what stein's motivation was. might of been
to embarass JK. might of been to help bob. who knows. meatman also claims to be semi-responsable for turning up the heat on JK, but that issue only complicates this subject. anyway JK agreed to pay bob the monthly payments again if bob + stein woud agree to stay quiet and
protect JK's good name. bob had been promised things before by JK so he was skeptical. however
he felt he had nothing to lose. JK did make 1 full payment quickly and a 1/2 payment in august.
once the pressure died down, JK stopped making payments. this is EXACTLY where the situation
is now.

BETTOR BOB has been read this thread approves its contents 100%.

the reason for this thread is to let anyone who might consider investing with
john kelly, any of his selections, or any entity that he recommends SHOULD
STRONGLY THINK TWICE BEFORE PARTING WITH ANY OF THEIR HARD EARNED
MONEY.

Oh, I have no idea really, gmen. I don't really even know anything about this drama. Based on his last post, I just assumed that this guy was a tout. If I'm out of bounds, it's my own ignorance. Carry on, I'll try to focus less on things I know almost 0 about. (<)<
