Does anyone else have consistent problems with the JustBet website. I am constantly having issues trying to log in. Timeout errors, etc...Seems to happen most often when I accidentally click on the "Rotation Schedule" button that is in the middle of the menu page. Once I click that button the page basically goes dead and I won't be able to log back in for about 15 minutes or so no matter what I do. I'll even try different browsers and it still won't work. I called their customer service and they said they have never heard of this problem with any of their customers but when I walked him through the process he seemed genuinely concerned and is now from what he tells me is working with IT to get this issue resolved.

Just wanted to know if anyone else is having this issue.

We did forward your concern to our IT department and they are looking at it as we speak. It seems to be more of an isolated situation, however, there is no excuse, we have credited your account with a $50 FP (no rollover) for your troubles.

As soon as our IT department can verify what has caused this, we will have our CS department contact you.

Damn, that is great for JB to do that.

I LOVE it when a player post on a board about a book, and the book responds.

They even removed the "Rotation Schedule" button from my account so I don't have to deal with it. They did very well for me. Now, if someone could get them to put up the moneylines we would be golden! :)
