Anyone else having issues receiving a payout from 5Dimes/Sportbet? I requested a payout on Monday the 5th and still nothing. I just got off the phone with their Customer Service for the 3rd time this week and after being told I should receive it within a day or two the previous two times I am now being told there was a delay in getting the checks out because they received too many payout requests. I am now being told I should receive it on the 20th by 7 pm. This would be 15 days after my original request. I am not happy about the lack of communication or the obvious delay. This was only for $2200 and the hassle is not really worth it.

These books are getting worse and worse.

I don't see how that will help, I've already been told what to expect. I would like to know if anyone else has been having these issues with 5 Dimes as well.

This type of delay has me worried about their financial stability.

Well I don't know what's in their bank account.... But a book like 5 dimes, I can't see a money flow problem.

i know this sounds like a broken record, but since I have been on that side of the counter.. Like most, if not ALL books processing has always been a problem every so often.

look what happened a few months back, where they ( Feds ) set up a sting and grabbed a shit load of money from some.. Top books.

not making excuses for 5 dimes... But I'm just saying, it ain't easy now a days

I guess this "processing" issue is more prevalent than I thought. I assume this is an industry wide problem and simply switching books isn't likely to solve anything. The red flag for me was being told one thing one day and then a few days later being told something else which was clearly known when I originally called for the update. Had they just explained from the beginning I would have been a little more tolerant. But don't tell me I should have it "any day now" when you know better just to buy time. That's what pisses the player off.

Appreciate the reply.

hey agree... Wish places would be more Up front.
you have every right to be pissed.

in most cases books have more than one processor that they use.
they try the first, and if that fails.. They move onto the next.

they can have one for wires, another for checks.. And so on.

of course you have p2p which is great... BUT, fees can be high..and sometimes there's a limit.
then there's the problem in some cases where the books have guys running around different towns to send p2p
i could tell stories of Those guys getting held up !

again, not an excuse .... And as a Player, you don't want to hear it.
because you had no problem sending it their way.... Only problem is when You want it coming Your way.

just my 2 cents, hope you receive your funds soon (<)<

Where can we find more info on this "sting" operation by the Feds? I didn't hear anything about this anywhere. And how the hell can they confiscate the books money? Only by betting themselves (hopefully they lost a shitload of money if they did this. LOL )

Truthfully, I don't think that a little over two weeks is that bad a time to wait. But the problem is the excuses that they are giving you for the money not being there in a timely matter. If their payout rules show it could take up to 3 weeks, you don't have a beef.

Not sure if its what Betall is talking about but it came out during the poker busts that the Feds setup their own 3rd party processor and managed to confiscate a boatload of money....and i think i read nobody was ever arrested for it. They just wanted the money.
