5dimes keeps losing their connection for the NCAA basketball and NCAA football pages today. What's their excuse? It's one thing for it to happen on high-traffic Saturday and Sunday mornings, but on a Monday morning?

Wish Pinnacle would just get back in the North American market.

They are in the North American market. I have an account there that I use legally all the time, and I live in Canada.

What options do US customers have for funding and operating an account? Do you guys need a Canadian/Mexican address and bank account?
