Whether its the Turkey, Dressing, Desserts, or even the leftovers... I am sure plenty of people have some unique favorites as well this time of year!

I think the best Side Dish hands down is Mac n Cheese.. and not that boxed shit neither!

After Thanksgiving, there is not much better leftover than a cold turkey sandwich.. mayo and a bit of salt to make it just right puff_>>

nice!... Sounds like yall having a gathering at your place :)

Besides the stuffed mushrooms, any more Italian dishes sneak in there? ..cant imagine the look of excitement on one's face if lasagna or ravioli snuck into the menu.....matter of fact I might cover my turkey in marinara for that reason! puff_>>

Sweet Potato Casserole with the Little Marshmellows included with a slice of Pecan Pie for an after dinner treat. Some grocery stores sell half Pecan and Pumkin Pies for Thanksgiving. They make the perfect thing to take to a family or church Thanksgiving gathering. When I was younger the older ladies at our church would make Ambrosia. Ambrosia is a desert made of oranges and shredded coconut. Thanksgiving Day Present I will take Sweet Potato Casserole. Thanksgiving Day Past I will take Ambrosia.

My wife is Mexican, so her and her mother make tons of fresh tortillas, beans, rice, chile, and pumpkin and sweet potato empanadas as sides in addition to the turkey and usually barbacoa (I won't discuss how this is made and you don't want to watch, but it's awesome). The best part is, on the day after, the wife takes a bunch of the fresh corn tortillas and makes a tray turkey enchiladas with homemade sauce, served with guacamole, onions, cilantro. Can't wait.

I'm not sure there is any food on earth better than fresh handmade tortillas when they're still so hot you have to toss them back and forth a time or two to cool them down a little. And anyone's who's too timid to love barbacoa for breakfast... well, that's not a person with whom I care to associate.

LOL!

I love love love turkey...white meat, dark meat, skin....YUM! I love turkey. Not if it's dry, though. I love turkey leftovers especially cold with some salt, pepper and Louisiana Hot Sauce or Frank's.

I love the macaroni dish that Murphy posted. It always looks JUST like that, too.

I love love love pecan pie. I love it as much as I love turkey.

Turkey, Mac & Cheese, Pecan Pie. Done.

Gravy and stuffing.

Today's the one day out of the year that most people actually make quality homemade gravy. Mmmm.
