Hey Folks, I'll be honest, I am a little shy about posting, but a few weeks ago, the staff here began getting in touch with our Rx players and in the process I was able to speak with a lot of you with regards to your experience with EZStreetSports as well as other books.

And the reason for this post is simply to say, WoW!, I was impressed with you guys. More than a handful of calls went on for well over 20 minutes and I was able to gain some valuable information and recommendations.

So, now that I got my feet wet over here, gotten to know I landed in a sportsbook that is intent on doing the right thing... which first and foremost is to run this business such that your funds are secure and that when you request a payout you get it as fast as can be done in this industry... that when you need help, you can easily reach a live human being who cares about satisfying your need... and a book that offers a healthy menu of wagering opportunities, I am enthusiastic about my new home and thus, and happy to make sure your experience with EZStreetSports leaves nothing but a great taste in your mouth.

How do you like working for betislands and that family of books? how do you stay different and unique? anything special planned? reduced juice like betislands would be nice!

Anyways, to address the comment from trytrytry, I have been informed of the following - BetIslands has acquired responsibility for 7Red. 7Red had only and ever shared some of the support infrastructure that also supported EZStreet. Other than the sharing of some of this basic infrastructure, there is no connection between EZStreet and Betislands/7Red.

Having said that, I would expect that the best of the folks behind each of these organizations would hold each other to doing their very best to always do the very most rightest things.

I believe in these folks and I am glad that even someone like me with my mistakes of the past (as we all may have made) has been given a chance for resurrection and perhaps redemption.

Now back to earth here - There's lot's that can be done to bring EZStreet forward such that we can become considered a top choice book. Any help from you folks at the Rx will be greatly appreciated.

Hi GreenDoberman, I don't know you but you also you don't know me so until you do, until you have done business with the company I am now associated in the here and now, I hope you would reserve such harsh judgement.

I do know the book I am working with is solid and the folks behind it are solid. Notice I was here more than three months before I even introduced myself to see for myself what this place is about. NEver had a problem with EZ, they always PAID me, gave me the boot and paid promptly. Hell, they even flew a handful of us out to CR and gave us 5 star treatment. Judge on the other hand gave us 10 star. lol

...............I spoke to a OLD friend @ easy recently , recommended me to speak to Pete .
Spoke to Pete and had a nice talk also ........we spoke about late lines ( he was brutally honest why their totals are up late ), and said maybe change is in the works .

Absolutely.... and customer service reps seem so happy to process the payout for you rather than some books who act as if youre inconveniencing them...

Called them this AM ( Christmas Morning ) .
Requested a payout .......( I Forgot a gift ) got a nickle sent on Christmas morning free payout .....
Pretty good if you ask me .....
