unless ur dealing with a credit type of local book and/or not in the usa there isnt many books if any accepting this and its understandable because paypal cuts people pretty face for shady transfers and im sure the books just dont want money tied up for 6 months if that were to happen

just deposit with cash through money transfer places if you dont have the use of a card or another method

Are you talking about places like Western Union? What's the best way for someone in the US to get money in and out of an offshore bookie?
