Peyton hands the ball off about 40 % of the time.. Adrian's come back from knee surgery to do what he has done is one of the great years of all time.

I thought that to until texasfan brought up a great point in another thread the other day.
peterson only missed 1 game last season.
hard to give him the award when he basically don't qualify.

What this guy does every week, facing stacked boxes, on a garbage team, with no qb, and coming off of knee surgery, is far more impressive then manning

You guys do understand that the comeback player of the year in not necessarily based upon being injured.

By definition, the CPOY Award is given to a player who "shows perseverance in overcoming adversity, in the form of not being in the NFL the previous year, a severe injury, or simply poor performance."

I don't know how you can think Peterson will win it when Peyton is in the mix. If Peyton wins MVP, then Peterson will win CPOY.

Comeback?...... From offseason

lol.. funny @)

seriously though guys.. if that is the case then RG3 can be comeback player of year if he makes a run to superbowl cuz he was out for 6 plays which resulted in a win

Shouldn't even be nominated....didn't miss any time. Manning the winner there. Peterson MVP.

Im going to re change my mind.
I dont care if AP played 17 games last season and had 3000 yards rushing.
Im giving him CBPY anyway.

Im also making him MVP of the entire league.
We need to get out of this mindset that only QB's can win MVP.
AP is the MVP of the entire NFL.

And he is the 2nd best running back I have ever seen.
