every year the whole family gathers and we do a big santa swap thing where you draw a number and pick from the gifts and then can "steal" a gift from another person.. pretty fun if you have never tried it and looking for a neat gift exchange <><>

We do the same my friend and the older folk always seem to get a real kick out of it every year. Looking forward to it.

As for largest gift, myself, of course, followed closely by a donation to the Boys Home of the South.

im sure u will have a great time bud especially if u have money to spend on the extra stuff.. and even I havent been for 8-10yrs so I am sure its over-loaded with stuff now puff_>>

I would put universal in the class of like a dave and busters with chuckie cheese mixed. haha... place where adults can go and have fun and so could kids.. many things to do for all :)

of course there is a zillion things to do other than play games/rides @)

i put myself in the poll, but that is because i live in CR by myself. Most years i spend more on the poor kids.. this year i decided to send to my mum who is 69 and still a chauffeur. Sometimes life isnt that easy for any of us, and if I have a couple of extra bucks, i am happy to send it to my mom. If there are any more kids left, then i will get them prezzies too, because its not cool to leave one kid out for xmas.

VD you must spend a shitload of cash each year on air travel?

I was wondering this too. You live in Thailand and yeah thats cheap, but I'd think the cost of living benefit of living there would be far outweighed by travel costs from having to come and go from the far east to anywhere else in the world you wanna go all the damn time!

The little woman and I decided years ago to stop buying each other a lot of crap, and to donate at this time of year.
