I pay 50$ a month after a monthly discount. So that would be $1200 for the life of a contract. Add the the $300 service credit I have on my line and the $50 per month stipend i will be getting at my new job and basically my total after two years is (-$183). So all in all free iphone and free service for the life of my contract. Smartphones are not a waste to me...it is basically my computer..you should look into one....By the way LOVE this new phone.

i have a prepaid smartphone that i buy minutes on maybe once every 6 months. spend less then 100 on the phone a year with the generous rewards system
dont care about text, and i dont need data with a computer at work and a laptop at home.
apps are pointless too with a computer.
people whine about having no money, yet they spend 100 bucks a month when they are already surrounded by computers and televisions daily.

I dont use iphones so I am not sure but I believe so.. my nieces both use ipods all day long with wifi only.. and an iphone is just a ipod thats overpriced. lol puff_>>
