I can see if they have already called them and gotten nowhere and figure maybe one of the mods here can help. But to start out asking here instead of calling them first is actually funny...
It is probably only because "in general about any book" its normally an over-reaction by someone to not be able to login and not goto live chat/call / or email the book.... You would be surprised how many people come to forums asking The forum what is the best deposit method
