I have a money gram deposit from 2 months ago for Heritage that has not been picked up yet. (this reminds me of full tilt)

Its still showing available which means they did not pick it up yet.
I contacted them to tell them and they dont seem to care.

This is very strange.

This almost reminds me of when FullTilt was crediting people people for deposits but not receiving them.

Why would they not want to receive my money gram deposit?

My money that I sent them is still at money gram almost 2 months later.

that is odd....as long as they credited your acct i dont see a problem. i know payouts from heritage have been top notch for me at least.

If I was an evil guy I could call up MG and easily cancel this deposit I made 2 months ago with no problem.
I have already lost that money in this 2012 football season from hell.
There is nothing that would stop MG from giving me a full refund on that deposit since the person that is supposed to pick it has not done so in 2 months.

I will leave it there for them but I find it odd that they had a who cares attitude about it when I brought it up to them.

I could reverse this with a single email to MG if I wanted to.

Did they credit you?

Perhaps the person you were sending got caught and they can't use that person anymore.

Why don't you cancel the moneygram and get your money back?

Yes they credited me.
No I am not going to cancel the moneygram.
That would be stealing.

I would flat out ask heritage if you can take it out. They are no going to pick it up.

They literally danced around my question.
When I told them they have not picked it up yet they did not act surprised. They acted like they already knew they have not picked it up yet.
It gave me the impression that they have not been picking up MG on a regular basis.

Thats why I started this thread to see if others have experienced this.

The last time something like this happened was when fulltilt was crediting peoples accounts from bank deposits without taking the money out of peoples accounts.

3 months later they were shut down.

The impression I got was they were not surprised when I told them this.
And they seemed to act like this was something they already knew even before I told them.

This is weird

What is the logic behind not picking up money though? I am not familiar with the Full Tilt situation?

Does them not picking up money mean something is going on?

They have been calling me to ask for deposits lately like daily calls too.

Maybe try to get a 20% bonus out of resending it.

Cause if you reverse that may come back to haunt you in the future where Heritage might try to pull something (if you go on a hot streak or something)

Who checks to see if their deposit is picked up anyhow? Once you send it its final? What is the purpose of this thread? To bring Heritage down? Being you say you won't get a refund?

Wondering how one checks the transfer status? Do you need the reference # or just your name?

if you send online and you go in my account there is a list of the dozens - hundreds you have sent. I would think it would make you at least wonder why it hasn't cleared if you see it one day when sending out another or something....they also send an email when picked up or claimed (if you want) and maybe he just noticed no email ever came...

Longest i have had one sent and be unclaimed was 7 days , so to now be a couple months is quite odd. I have also gotten a lot of calls from them lately not saying it means anything because it could just be some aggressive marketing for the post football slow season.

Actually the purpose of this thread is the opposite of what you are saying.
You could not be further off.

Smells of Full Tilt, right before the Full Tilt fiasco started they were pounding out the e-mails with crazy promotions to get people to deposit. In a post I made about a week to two weeks ago I mentioned how I been getting called from H eritage and other sites. I have received 3 more calls from H eritage since that post. All voicemails telling me about the great deposit options, free black jack tournaments and other things.

When I read this post, the Full Tilt situation came to mind immediately.

As far as the amount sent, how much are we talking about that is "sitting there"?

Heritage contacted me about this thread with a PM.
This issue seems to be getting resolved.
This seems to be an isolated event.
I am going to do to everything in my power to get those funds to them.

I made a deposit yesterday that has already been picked up.
The one from 2 months ago is still not picked up.

So this tells me that something went wrong 2 months ago and is not a regular event.

Anyway we are getting this fixed.
