In the Outback Bow,l Michigan goes for it on 4th down with a sweep to the left side and appears to have been tackled short of the mark, a measurement is called for. The chains are brought in, stretched and visually the measurement comes up SHORT for Michigan. BUT the steroid fueled lunkhead referee sees what 100,000 fans in the stadium and millions watching at home via multiple replays dont see, he sees a First down for Michigan!!! The call happens right in front of the S. Carolina bench, Coach Spurrier fit to be tied is on the field pointing at the mark, the Ref looks at it again and again calls first down Michigan! What the fuck???.The call instantly becomes one of the top 3 blown calls in the history of organized sports!

Next play, 1st down for Michigan through ill gotten gain. Handoff up the middle, SCarolina linebacker Jadeveon Clowney fills the hole and destroys Michigan running back Vincent Smith in the backfield with a bone jarring hit; Clowned one might say. Smith is driven into the ground, flat on his back, his helmet having been dislodged, bounces aimlessly down the field. The ball has also been dislodged, and Clowney picks the ball up on a bounce with his left hand and is is tackled on the spot. First down SCarolina.!

But wait, Justice has just arrived to the party and she's hungry. Very next play; S.Carolina Bomb! TD!! S. Carolina!!they go on to win the game.

Check out the replay in slomo, shoulder hits ball carrier first, helmet hits nothing and ends up resting againt ballcarriers chest.
