The only thing I ever use on this computer when it comes to office is Excel and I rarely use it. I still have 9 more opens before I have to have the product key. Does anyone have a good suggestion to get it cheap or free?

I had it working on my old computer for free, but couldn't on my new one......

I found it online, for $60 bucks, which is about half the price from retail price....

If nobody hooks you up with a free, legit copy-I'll get you a legit copy for $25.

I'm telling you this thread has Murphs name all over it.

At least wait to hear from him until you purchase anything.
The Falls seems to have a great deal for you if all else fails.

google Drive is just as good...I use it .

Free

https://drive.google.com/?pli=1&authuser=0#

Excel and Word files can be uploaded and they can be saved as Excel and Word files.

I was thinking about getting "open office" and I guess that one you use would work as you say. My concern is that I know hardly shit about excel and the people I send the spreadsheets know even less. Is it possible to build the worksheet on drive and send it as a excel file to the point where they would not even know or would they need to anything different?

I will wait for murph as I am not in a big hurry. I still have enough "free" opens to last me a month.

Hypothetically speaking a website called The Pirate Bay will get you anything you need free of charge.

I will say that obtaining a licensed version of Office is hit or miss.. Key generators work sometimes until a fix is made by microsoft and also downloading torrents if you do not know what you are doing you run the risk of getting a virus or spyware.

My suggestion is read the comments when searching for torrents on piratebay or other places.

First method isn't torrents of any kind.. its downloading a legit copy from microsoft to use the Free Trial.. and then entering a legit product key.

Obtain a copy of Office 2010 Trial from Microsoft directly (for free) and then try this License Key (it is supposed to be a key for a company that has over 500,000 computers and basically the license is unlimited.. but obviously no guarantees it will work.

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/try/ for the trial version of PRO 2010> direct link to pro http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/try/redir/XT102471097.aspx

to download torrents goto http://utorrent.com and get the free bit torrent program and install it

then download and install this torrent but please follow instructions always within the explanations

http://thepiratebay.tn/thepiratebay...10__Professional_Works_Great_(English)No_key_

and this one seems to work but please follow instructions

http://thepiratebay.tn/thepiratebay.se/torrent/6337124/Microsoft_Office_2010_Professional_[CRACKED]

Instructions: 1) Install Microsoft® Office Professional 2010 as a trial using one of the given keys, and do not run. Trial Keys = YCDJ6-QCY43-CP4JF-7V3GJ-67PRR 368D8-3XC4F-4VB4Q-96CRD-PBYFW
2) Unzip the EZ-Activator "OTK2010V201.zip" to a directory, say "OTK2010V201".
3) Run the file "Office 2010 Toolkit.exe" to get what looks like this image http://img529.imageshack.us/img529/5978/office2010tk201.jpg
4) Now, click on EZ-Activator, and wait a while until it finishes the process of activation.

gl with any of these avenues.. (I suggest to make a restore point before trying any of these and you can always go back to it if you happen to incur any problems )

I can't answer that question with certainty, but based on what I have read, yes.

Why not give Google Drive it a try?

If there are issues, move on.

I use the Google Drive spreadsheet and I am fine with it.

Why settle for Office 2010 when Office 2013 is out. Get the better upgraded products if you are going the torrent or download way, forget 2010 existed.
