the reason you were placed on post review is because of the two accounts from same ip address.
When on post review the time stamp to which your real time post will not be lost and even if it took us 5 mins to approve a post, you would still be stamped with the time you chose to post it originally.. so no worries there anyway

Good luck and you will be on review anywhere between 20 posts - 2 weeks depending on some things. As long as you are posting without any ill-intentions you will more than likely be lifted.
