A lot of nice match-up going this week.... I'm sure it won't be as boring as last week.

Up first is the Baltimore Ravens Vs. Denver Broncos

Line Opened at -9.5 Denver and has mostly stayed there... * you cound find a 10 out there.

Total opened at 44.5 and now show 46's and 46.5's

I know I have read a lot around the forums where people like Baltimore here... and why not ?? you are getting 9.5 points in a Divisional Round Playoff game. ( there are actually 2 games like this *Pats being the other )

Here are your "Fun Facts" for last years Divisional Round.

Last year, 2 Favorites won SU ( 1-1 ATS ) Dogs covered 3 out of 4 games
Only favorite to win ATS was a 14 point favorite ( Pats )
There was 3 Overs, and 1 Under.

Moving along............... I'm sorry to say I Don't buy the Baltimore +9.5 for reasons like the Ravens have been Very inconsistent. ( 7-9-1 ATS ) Unlike Denver ( 10-6 ATS ) who has won 11 Games in a row, closing out the Season.
Baltimore is also 4-4 on the Road, and Denver 7-1 at Home ( All ATS )

I have another problem with Baltimore... time of possession ! The Ravens on avg. hold onto the ball about 27 mins a game..... Broncos around 36 minutes

Peyton Manning has Owned the Baltimore Ravens, winning 9 in a row. Broncos have also won 7 DD wins in those last 11 games, and scoring 30 or more points this year 9 Times.

I won't even go to the Crushing win that the Broncos did on the Ravens in Baltimore ( 34-17 ) because some will say the ravens had injuries in that game. ( Manning was only 17/28 and 204yards ) that game was more about RB Knowshon Moreno 118 yards on 22 carries

Anyway.... I know the Ravens looked like Champs last week, but that was against the Colts and a Rookie QB.
It won't look that way this week against a Vet like Manning.
And don't forget, the Broncos also have a defense !

Denver wins this by 14 points or More

playoffs are always a diff beast

not sure if im comfortable w/ 9.5 unless it is tom brady.

if ray rice doesnt have those 2 fumbles last week it could have been 14pts more. other than his fumbles, he's beasting in the open field whenever flacco dumps off the ball to him.

denver allows an avg. of 91.1 Rushing yards per game, the Ravens avg. 121. The Broncos allowed Rice 38 yards back in Dec.
The Broncos have allowed only Three 100 yards rushers All Season.

in defense of that, they had to throw the ball and abandon the running game when they were down so fast... wont happen this week...
if flacco doesnt get picked and returned in the first game to go down 17-0 instead of possible 10-7 , it is a differend game in my opinion...

that's what i'm saying tho
u adapt and run screen passes with rice and he'll pull off remarkable yardage
it's up to balty to actually run these plays tho

Odd you would say unless its Tom Brady. I believe the mighty Patriots are 4-10 ATS in their last 14 playoff games and 1-8 ATS in their last nine. I'm certainly not suggesting Houston is the play, but the days of the Patriots being a solid play in the playoffs ended about six-seven years ago. Who knows, anything can change on a dime in this crazy league.

GL with whatever you decide.

This is True... and the "1" from 1-8 last Nine is a blow out last season against Denver/Tebow
The year before in the Divisional Round, they lost outright to the NYJ, and in 2010 they Lost a Wildcard Outright to baltimore.

can really only be explained by one thing. cheating mother fuckers. How do you go 10-0 in your first 10 games to your only cover since then was Tebow? If that aint Karma...I don't know what is

I just think Tom Brady has had success with lines despite heavy points. I could be wrong but I'm only speaking from anecdotal experience

The season averages for Denver and Baltimore are 31:16 and 27:43, respectively. Over the last 3 games Denver has an average time of possession of 36:34. Over the last 3 games Baltimore has an average time of possession of 32:29. The disparity isnt quite that large.

Yes, the TOP avg went down for Baltimore because of their 22.28 last week with the Colts
