Without all the boring details I need to get a cellphone. I have never had one, my wife did and I used it once in a while, but know very little about them. I only want it to be able to be contacted, and as long as I am getting one would like to be able to bet online thru it. Will not be using many minutes, don't ever plan to text. So do most offshores have a betting app. Right now am using 5 dimes, betdsi, ezstreet and SIA. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

of course they have packages (airtime/web/etc) you can buy for the prepaid cards and what not that include web.. think 1mb of data equivalents to 1 min of talk time or something.. but dont quote me on it. (recommend going into one of those cell places and just ask all the stuff you wanna know and they will surely help ya out ...just say you wanna use google or some other websites instead of 5dimes and pinnacle.. LOL )
another options is get a nicer phone or someones old android and then use free wifi where you are to use internet and even be able to talk on phone with some apps for free.

hmm.. most books dont have "apps"
they have mobile sites.. or they just have regular site and u can view and bet it as normal
I would suggest getting a lil better phone than the most basic.. that way if u have internet access u can pull up any site you want no matter if the book has a mobile site or not
