Agree. Don't think it takes away from them, as people. They had it all year, right? (I'm really asking, I don't know) But if so, I can understand not mentioning it.

Something happening that you did not expect, or something not happening that you did fully expect would be ironic wouldn't it?

I guess after all the times they mention him after a win, I expected them to acknowledge them after their biggest win of season.
