I saw an ad pushing a post office as a rental property, it is leased to the PO, and the realtor was pushing the angle of USPS being a great tenant.

I would hesitate to want to rent to an operation as broke as they are ( if buying this tiny building).....plus this office is completely unneeded.

That P.O. could close any day. They have to close hundreds of small town offices like yesterday... I wouldnt touch it unless you think it will be fairly easy to get another tenant in there when they leave. and built in the 50's it will be probably have to be gutted to for a new buisiness to get a permit with all the regulations that the government didnt have to worry about....cus rules dont apply to the govt.
