I am sure everyone who posts in the offshore knows what I am talking about. This supposedly isn't even tolerated in the rubber room am I right? I have pretty thick skin but honestly it is just getting old. I am not reporting anyone because it isn't my job - that's what the mods are for, but when you have the mods posting in the same thread as these buffoons it really makes one wonder.
If people dont report the post.. there is a chance we dont see it guys.. there is probably a few thousand posts here a week.. we cannot read everyone of them. And if no one complains and or points us in right direction we have nowhere to look.
With that being said the rubber room a lot more is allowed but racism or death threats are not included and are unacceptable.
As far as Reporting Posts... we encourage that because without your help we cannot see it all...we would just solve the problem if we had seen it.

This guy has been here posting racist shit for a few weeks now on the offshore and multiple posters have said shit in multiple threads. You'd have to be Helen Keller not to see it.
The guy actually said he's been banned at multiple forums already for his racist shit. That should clue you in a bit.

there is a lot to be assumed from the post but sure it might be racist(I honestly didn't think the worst when I read it before)....living on a thin line is his choice I suppose... if it was 100% crossing a line in my eyes it wouldnt have stayed... That is the worst I have personally seen recently with the eyes I have or that user and/or others would be on Post Review at the minimum.
I will say this now, to avoid anymore confusion or any thoughts of mods or myself ignoring it... any other hints or blatant racism wont be tolerated.
