Which one are you waiting on, or most likely to get?

The Sony Xperia Z looks really sleek and could make some serious noise with its design, screen, and camera. However, it's only going to be GSM, thus not offered on Verizon which will hurt its exposure. Some are saying Verizon could try to later pick it up, but that might be too wishful thinking.

HTC M7 leaked images don't appear quite as slick of a design as the Sony, but it'll have top-notch specs as well and apparently will be available on all carriers.

Samsung S4 will be announced last (March) and there's only renderings to go from right now. Apparently, the design won't be much different than the current S3 - rumors are they've removed the button on the bottom and made the bezel thinner. There was a general sense that the S3 was too plastic in feel, so it'd be surprising if Samsung didn't improve the build quality. They also better offer it in black.

Sony Xperia Z is absolutely sick. Amazing specs for a phone, add to the fact it's water/dust proof. Of course the new phones coming out in Q2-Q3 will surpass the Xperia, but as far as top dog early in the year, Sony Xperia Z will shit on everyone.

Agreed, though on the surface, it appears the Xperia Z was made to "hold up" all year long. Sony has gone all out on this one and want it to be this year's S3.

Have you heard much about the S4? While the S3 did so many things right, I wasn't a fan of its design and build quality/materials.

Not much whisper on the S4 yet, but you can count on Samsung to bring out the guns for the S4. After the success they had with the S3, there is no way they wont go all out again to grab more market share.

I think the only complaint people really had of the S3, was the material; feeling cheap, if you will. Never owned a S3, but playing around with that phone, it never bothered me. Spec wise, S3 has dominated the competition. Great phone.

This is the only leaked image of the S4 that appears somewhat credible (according to those who religiously follow these things). If this turns out to be it, I'll be pretty surprised and a bit disappointed though..
