Which one are you waiting on, or most likely to get?
The Sony Xperia Z looks really sleek and could make some serious noise with its design, screen, and camera. However, it's only going to be GSM, thus not offered on Verizon which will hurt its exposure. Some are saying Verizon could try to later pick it up, but that might be too wishful thinking.
HTC M7 leaked images don't appear quite as slick of a design as the Sony, but it'll have top-notch specs as well and apparently will be available on all carriers.
Samsung S4 will be announced last (March) and there's only renderings to go from right now. Apparently, the design won't be much different than the current S3 - rumors are they've removed the button on the bottom and made the bezel thinner. There was a general sense that the S3 was too plastic in feel, so it'd be surprising if Samsung didn't improve the build quality. They also better offer it in black.
