Shitty card this weekend that's all there is to it. It's one of on a few times I'll probably enjoy the UFC better than boxing on a weekend. See a value play tonite on JLC. I realize Castillo is 39 but I've seen Smith fight and I don't think anyone should be more than a 4-1 dog against him. His last fight with Ronald Cruz was an incredibly boring fight. Smith was basically just standing there, he is lucky Cruz backpeddled the second half of that fight or he would have lost a lopsided decision. Instead he took a split decision win, although I had Cruz winning it. Jose Louis Castillo on the other hand is way past his prime. He is a shell of the fighter that went toe to toe with Mayweather. I actually think he could have taken one of those decisions. Regardless, that was years ago and he is nearing the end. His skills just aren't there. That being said I'm getting +425 on him and I just can't pass it up. I'm going to try and cover it with a round total play. With my second play I am basically covering everything except JLC getting ko'd, getting dq'd, or quitting (again). I really think this goes the distance. It could be JLC's swan song. He knows a loss here and he will most likely not be on tv again. I think Smith should be favored but I feel like JLC should only be about a 2-1 dog. Maybe I am missing something with Smith and he may surprise me like Vera did last week but I'm not counting on it. Value play and as long as I can at least split I can grab a case of corona for the UFC tomorrow.

Jose Louis Castillo 50/212
Over 9.5 rounds 165/75
