If I ran a book I would offer these props. You can come up with several type of weather props and close the betting by 12/31/2013. I wouldn't offer them beyond that date because it would give "Mets" an advantage as they can analyze weather patterns as it approaches Super Bowl Sunday. Temperature prop could get good action because you could offer varying prices by taking the average for that date. 25-1 for 10 degrees and so on. There is going to be huge action on the game total as it is bet up or down as Sunday approaches. Even the point spread will change based on conditions. It's going to be a nightmare for the books unless they reduce limits or hold back on posting a total 2 weeks in advance.
