Widely considered the No. 1 high school linebacker prospect, Reuben Foster has pledged to play for Alabama. Foster's long and winding road came to an end last night when he chose Alabama over Auburn. He was initially an Alabama commit, then he switched to Auburn, but with Chizik and staff being fired, he's an Alabama commitment again.

Great potential and nice pickup for Alabama. I always thought Kirby Smart would land the kid and he did.

A nie pick up, though who knows why the kid switched. Chizik was a poor coach.

Foster is actually from Georgia just down the road from Auburn. His high school coach was fired after his junior year and he got mad and transfered to Auburn High School, in Auburn, Alabama.

Everyone in Alabama knew the Auburn coaching staff was behind the move. Then he got mad because the Auburn coaching staff was fired, especially because Gus Malzahn wouldn't keep one of the assistants he liked.

I'll tell you one thing...he better get his act together before he gets to Tuscaloosa or Saban will run his ass off.

This sounds like another one of these kids that will be gone after his first season. This kid has an attitude, and Saban will not put up with that. This kid has a real problem. I would not touch him. You know that either suspension for violating team rules or jail time is ahead for this hot head.
