What should I expect?

When it says "pitchers and catchers report", I am assuming they just have a small practice?

What are some other things I need to know?

once, long ago in Phoenix, Billy Martin pulled up next to me at a light. He was unemployed, not for long, at that time. I walked in to the park with ric sutcliffe

I've been several times in the early 90's (when I was in college). Saw the Reds (in Plant City, FL), Phillies (in Clearwater), Braves at Boardwalk & Baseball (near Orlando), Indians in Winter Park. It was great. Usually cost around $5 and we'd sit in the outfield and heckle to visiting team!

I had a condo on Hutchinson Island and went to 1 spring training game. I went to Jupiter about 20 miles south to see DiceKay pitch for the first time in America it was a packed house & the ticket was $25. He was supposed to be a real star he did fine & Orlando Hernandez was the opposing pitcher. I saved the stubb figuring if he really was the real deal I could sell to some Redsox fan later on. When he later fizzled out I threw out the ticket.

I recommend going to a game in the spring. If nothing else its a real change of pace, especially on a nice spring day!
