Money is super tight this year so I'm cutting corners, luckily though she works on VDay so won't have that "upcharge" that usually comes with doing things on that particular day...

Only thing I've done thus far is Shari's Berries I got a great deal

First Living Social has $15 for $30 worth of Berries CAN BE PURCHASE HERE or by going to livingsocial.com

Be aware that you cannot combine it with other discounts.. I just bought one of the items that was on sale, then it's cheaper to "double the berries for $10" than to buy the bigger order...

I did the "Half Dozen Gourmet Dipped Fancy Strawberries" (not that the gourmet vday berries are $5 extra, for what being pink?) .. then doubled it.. Shipping is $15 though and can be ever more if you purchase on certain days. I just have mine being delivered the day before Vday with no extra charge...

Other than that I'm clueless, looking out for good deals

Nice home cooked meal. Then go out that weekend for a good meal out.

I find that the food/service at restaurants on holidays is Terrible.

Ill cook for my gf and maybe go out for drinks, nothing fancy. I always treat her like its valentines day.

Wife and I decided not to do ANY gifts this year. No flowers, etc. Just cook a dinner together and enjoy each others company.

i think valentines day is for suckers. thats the first thing i think of when i see one of the fellas going all out spending sometimes HUNDREDS of dollars on this crap.

i'll get some flowers just so i don't look like an asshole, but i really think this is a stupid holiday.
