Is EZSTREET customer service always this bad?

I'm looking to deposit at another book so I decided I'd give another one of our sponsors here a try.

I called EZSTREET on the phone to ask a few questions.

The guy I spoke with on the phone wouldn't answer any of my questions and just kept saying "Who Is This", my response was I'm a new customer interested in signing up and have a few questions about your policys.

His response 3 different times: "Who is this and what are you calling about"

C'mon guy I just told you 3x what I'm calling about....

My question is their customer service always this bad? If so I'll make sure to stay away.

I always have used live chat. They are responsive there.. but maybe he meant like what is your account number? I dunno man.

Try Live Chat though if you decide to give them a chance.

I didn't Hache.

The call was placed at 12:40pm eastern time if that helps any... probably doesnt haha.

Actually it had to have been Ed or Jose if you called the customer service number today. If it was the Wagering department (4040) number those people are typically always rude.

was it Nathan or Ed? Currently having a lot of mouth from Ed, wanting to send in a deposit today and he's being a jerk. Probably done 50k action in the past few months and this.... Switching books soon.

This isn't the first conflict I've had with this jerk. You'd think they'd be trying to help me send in money, guess times are good.

i tied for 2nd but won the tiebreaker
then the prizes were sent out and i only got 1750

Basically if you get Ed, ask for someone else. Dan, Annie, Jose. They will get things done for you and treat you with respect. Ed doesn't care about his job as CS Supervisor. Good luck to all of you that play with them in the future. Very quick paying book.

tarheell if you are referring to the college bowl contest the tie breaker only existed for 1st place bud.. others were split based on ties.. so you probably split 2nd and 3rd equally as stated in the rules.

Nevertheless Ed knows nothing about anything to do with contests but has to berate me on live chat. I've had troubles with him before and have found a better place to play if things don't get resolved.

I would understand where you are coming from on how it wasnt stated above ^.. but they also had terms and conditions as I tied for like 4th -7th and had the same rules applied bud

Under Terms and Conditions towards the end

• All prizes are awarded as Bonus Plays
• All money won from the Bonus Plays must be rolled 5 times.
• If there is a tie for any place, the ties will be handled as follows -
• We will take the places that tied and add the prize money together and divide that value equally to the winners that were involved in the tie.
• Example, two people tie for 3rd place. We take the third place prize of $1,500 and the fourth place prize of $1,000 and add it together to get $2,500. Then we divide that by 2 which makes $1,250 and that is what we award each of the two folks who tied for 3rd place.

Your lucky if they know the general policies. Expecting this guy to know the specifics of a contest he didn't run is a "bit" much.:think2:

He's only the CS Supervisor, I could go on with previous stories but that would be a bit much too.
