I have been playing with Heritagesports for some time now. I have wagered with plenty of other books in the past number of years--so i know a winner when i see one. Heritagesports is a CLASS act! Their customer service is second to none and their Bonus program is beyond reproach. If anyone is looking for Fast Payouts and excellent customer service--This is your book. since the greek and betjam stopped taking us players awhile back I play there only when I decide to ... . I played at heritage from years and years ago when it was invite only... Loved there CS ..there free squares and they used to give out some xmas bonus to but I understand times are tougher so they stopped most of that .

the way they pay out with the free Mg/WU once a month for a small player like me is great .. that's saving like 60$ on a payout that is pretty instant ask for it tue/wed and get it the NEXT day free.

They also have cashback on your bets which I love... but I wish they paid it to you more then once a quarter but that's just me... even though its a small amount it helps.

Must have for USA... But "I gamble exclusively with Heritage" is a bit much.

Saying they are the greatest is a bit of a stretch. They dont even have an identity and their customer service has taken a hit since taking on all those customers (to be expected when your customers quadruple if not more). They went from invite only to cold calling people non stop. From not knowing what a forum is to now advertising at numerous places the last year. Accepting sharps to booting sharps back to accepting them back to booting them.

Are they a must have out for Americans? I would say for the most part yea. But alot of rumors floating around about this book currently

Im also not saying to run the book, thats not what i mean on alot of rumors. The industry needs them to stay and stick around and sounds like the owners are pretty finacially stable as well

tarheel. I am not sure if they will allow new signups outside of football season but if you go through RX referral you have a good shot since they advertise here and obviously by mentioning us they would be in fact referring you as you ask for.

Good book but I can tell you from experience they are not without flaws. They finally stopped calling me after they figured out I was not going to answer and would only post up when I felt like it as usual. Never made sense to me. I deposit anyway why harass me and take the chance of pissing me off? The only thing that said to me was that they were having a hard time maintaining.

I got a really rude response from CS a couple of months ago also. So, even if they are the best in the business it just shows you the business is continuously declining because Bet Jamaica was far superior for "recreational players"

tg.. I am semi jk here a bit, but you do seem to have your fair share of bad run-ins with books.. I recall several complaints you have made about normally solid books.. care to explain why they attack you only?

Never been attacked and I think this is the only one I say these things about since it is the only one I have posted up with since Jamaica went away. I don't lie or exaggerate just sharing my experience. I really wish I could trust 5Dimes or Bookmaker so I did not feel glued to Heritage but I don't and I don't have the connections or I am not big time enough to be plugged in with Pinnacle.

I have seen obvious flaws with Heritage and I do not fully trust them, but they are my best option. That's all I am trying to share with people.

Can you tell me what's not to trust with bookmaker? I would not put any book higher on the trust factor as them.
Whats not to like? They have been in business over 30 years and there reputation is unbeatable.

They made a million dollar payout onetime without blinking. How many other books could pull that off?
